The Ramadan is an islamic festival falls on the the ninth month of the Islamic calendar "Hijri", The festival is the most significant event awaited by Muslims community across the world. The month of Ramadan is considered to be an auspicious days for the Muslims, due too the faith that The Holy Quran was sent on earth in this month. Significance of Ramadan

In the days of Ramadan, Muslims fast from dawn to dusk without taking a drop of water and eating food. After sunset, the Muslims break their fast and shares the food especially prepared for the holiday. This course of action continues for a span of one month. Participating in the Ramadan fasting is mandatory for all community of Muslims with the exception for disabilities and sickness that may not allow a person to meet the strict principles of fasting.
